Dimensional Control Checks
We conduct various dimensional checks to ensure accuracy and product conformity with technical requirements, including:
- measurement using traditional tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other instruments),
- check using measuring projectors,
- surface roughness testing.
Mechanical Property Checks
For mechanical property verification, we perform:
- hardness tests (HV, HBW, HRC),
- microhardness tests (HV0.3, HV0.5, etc.),
- additional mechanical tests in cooperation with the Institute for Metal Structures (IMK).
