Bar Bending

Process and Principles

Bar bending involves applying a load perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of a structural element. This is a precise mechanical method allowing the forming of slender elements without loss of strength or stability.

Capabilities

Modern machinery allows us to bend rods, tubes, and sheets up to 180°. We can bend tubes with diameters up to 45 mm while ensuring repeatability and accuracy, even for complex shapes.

Materials

This process mainly uses free-cutting steels, stainless steels, brass, and aluminium. The diversity of materials allows for a wide range of applications — from structural solutions to specialised industrial uses.
