In-House Hardening System
We have our own hardening system which enables heat treatment in static furnaces under various protective atmospheres. These services are available for both in-house production and external clients, ensuring high quality and traceability.
Types of Heat Treatments
We perform a wide range of heat treatment processes, including:
- hardening,
- quenching and tempering,
- carburising,
- carbonitriding,
- step tempering,
- normalising,
- annealing to relieve internal stress.
Measurements and Reports
For every completed process, we prepare a measurement report according to the customer's requirements. We also conduct various tests and analyses, including:
- Vickers hardness (HV 0.3 to HV 30),
- Rockwell hardness (HRC).
